Refund Policy

At FikrNat, we strive to provide the best user experience and customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise which require the cancellation of a mission booking. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

Full Refund:

If a client wishes to cancel a mission booking, they are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the mission. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

50% Refund:

Clients are eligible for a 50% refund if they request cancellation between 24 to 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the mission. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

No Refund:

 If a client requests cancellation with less than 3 hours remaining until the scheduled start time of the mission, no refund will be provided.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, clients can contact our customer support team via the FikrNat mobile app or by reaching out to our support email or phone number. Please provide the necessary details, including the mission booking reference number and reason for cancellation.

Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, typically within 5-7 business days. However, please note that the actual refund arrival time may vary depending on the client’s bank or payment provider.


In exceptional cases, such as technical issues or mission cancellations by FikrNat, the refund policy may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis. We will make every effort to resolve such issues and provide a fair and satisfactory solution to our clients.

We encourage all users to carefully review the mission details and their availability before confirming a booking. It is essential to plan accordingly and ensure timely cancellations to maximize refund eligibility.
